Requirements ------------ PhotoVisor Album Screen Saver has been verified as operating above an acceptable standard on a machine of the following, or better, specification: - Pentium III 733MHz or Higher - 128MB RAM or More - DirectX 7 or Higher - MS-Windows 98SE, 2000 Installation ------------ -Place the "PhotoVisor Album.scr" file into your SYSTEM (for 95/98) or SYSTEM32 (for 2000/NT/XP) directory, where the other screen saver programs (*.scr files) reside. - Operate program by selecting 'PhotoVisor ALbum' from the Screen Saver panel of the Display Properties dialog. The setup dialog is used to indicate which PhotoVisor Album you would like used upon activation. Initially this is set to NULL, and results in a "No PhotoVisor Album!" message appearing in the preview window. Use the "Browse" button to locate and select the PhotoVisor Album you would like to use as your screen saver. You can also control whether sound is on/off and whether or not pictures are proportionally stretched to screen size or left at their original size. All pictures are centered upon display to the screen. Limitations and Notes --------------------- 1) Will only load "jpg" and "bmp" image files from the PhotoVisor Album 2) Will load a maximum of 25 images for displaying when in full screen preview or normal screen saver mode. If your PhotoVisor Album contains more than 25 images, images 26 and beyond will not get displayed. 3) Will only load the first 3 images when in Preview Mode 4) Blank images added as Title Slides are skipped, not counted, and not loaded 5) Will load up to 5 "mp3", "wav", or "wma" sound files for background play when in full screen preview or normal scree saver mode. 6) Does not load sound files when in Preview Mode. 7) This is a "lite" PhotoVisor Album playback for screen saver use. Captions, sound clips tied to pictures (i.e., voice-overs), and timing settings for individual picture updates are not processed by the PhotoVisor Screen Saver application. 8) To view a complete playback of the PhotoVisor Album as originally constructed by its author, please use the PhotoVisor Player - which can be downloaded for free from www.photovisor.com - downloads page. 9) To author your very own PhotoVisor Albums to use as screen savers, download PhotoVisor Creator from www.photovisor.com - downloads page. Arrange your digital pictures to music, attach voice clips, captions, and notes to individual pictures. Then, Let PhotoVisor compress and save the entire album as a single file for you to share with family and friends.
